背景资料

TT细胞由Leong SS等自77岁女性甲状腺髓质癌患者的穿刺活检样本中建立。TT细胞持续产生高水平的降血钙素和CEA。在更换培养基后24小时和72小时在培养基中检测到的免疫活性的降血钙素浓度分别为3900 pg/百万细胞和7700 pg/百万细胞。72小时后CEA积累浓度超过27ng/百万细胞。
