背景资料

AN3CA细胞建系于1964年。它衍生于子宫内膜癌患者淋巴结转移组织,具有癌细胞的基本特性,能在体外长期传代培养,接种实验动物产生明显肿瘤。但细胞的生物学特性及超微结构尚未深入研究,仅发现该细胞系促黑激素合成为阴性。细胞常用于人子宫内膜癌细胞生物学及其相关特性研究。
