背景资料

从一位67岁女性患者的未分化甲状腺癌组织中分离建系。病理上癌组织仍有高分化部分,提示从高分化到未分化的发展进程。分析显示p53基因的273密码子的第一位碱基出现C:G→T:A的突变。未观察到癌症抑制基因杂合性的缺失
