背景资料

CEM/C1是人T细胞白血病细胞株CCRF-CEM具有喜树碱抗性的衍生株。1991年细胞株选择并亚克隆了对CPT的抗性。细胞表现出对CPT类似物水溶性的托泊替康和非水溶性的9-氨基-CPT10,11-亚甲二氧基-CPT具有交叉抗性。CEM/C1细胞对CPT的敏感性较母系CEM细胞低31倍。CEM/C1细胞表现非典型的多药抗性和转换拓补异构酶I催化活性。对CPT的抗性维持6个月以上。
