背景资料

取自人绒癌脑转移组织,在仓鼠颊囊移植传代8年。利用移植瘤组织进行体外培养,建立细胞系。利用不同传代方法建立了不同亚系,JEG-3是其衍生克隆。该细胞可以产生雌激素、孕激素、雌酮、雌二醇、雌三醇、hCG、胎盘催乳素、角蛋白。
