背景资料

从一位非癌个体的正常人支气管上皮病理切片分离出上皮细胞。这些细胞用腺病毒12-SV40病毒杂交病毒感染并克隆。DEAS-2B细胞保留了对血清反应进行鳞关分化的能力,并有用于筛选诱导或影响分化及致癌的化学或生物制剂。细胞角蛋白及SV40抗原染色阳性。
