背景资料

1967年从一名患有多发性骨髓瘤的妇女的骨髓中建立;文献中描述了合成IgG并具有胰岛素和降钙素受体的细胞;细胞表达BCL2 mRNA细胞似乎更像“EBV+ B淋巴母细胞”而不是骨髓瘤衍生细胞,通过PCR分析,该细胞系对EBV(HHV-4)呈阳性。此外,在用佛波酯/丁酸钠刺激细胞后,通过蛋白质印迹检测立即早期蛋白BZLF-1的表达。该感染被归类为与可能产生活性病毒相关的潜在裂解性感染。
