背景资料

从患有IgG浆细胞白血病的33岁女性的外周血中建立;细胞系被广泛用作多发性骨髓瘤/浆细胞白血病的模型,但细胞明显为EBV+,表明ARH-77可能是一种正常B淋巴母细胞样细胞系,而不是肿瘤细胞系.细胞的 Epstein-Barr 核抗原 (EBNA +) Epstein-Barr 病毒衣壳抗原 (EBVCA +) 呈阳性。
